The ASWA Wichita Chapter awards scholarships each year to qualifying candidates
from accredited Kansas universities. Additionally, the national ASWA Educational
Foundation (“Foundation”) offers scholarships to qualifying candidates. Over the
course of the last few years, several of our local chapter scholarship recipients
have also been awarded scholarships from the Foundation.
The Foundation offers 2-year and undergraduate scholarships which are awarded to
members and non-members of ASWA. The Foundation also offers the following scholarships,
which are only presented to ASWA members:
- Certification Scholarships - To support the exam
fees of ASWA members for any one of the following certifications: CPA, CFP, CFE,
CIA, CMA or CVA.
- Becker Review Scholarships - To provide registration
for a Becker CPA Review for an ASWA member.
